Volkswagen Klerksdorp - Poor Service

After a service my "Check Air Filter" light kept coming on as soon as I switched on my vehicle. I notified VW Klerksdorp about my problem.. they inspected the problem and informed me that the air filter is fine, its the sensor that is the problem. Lucky my Vehicle was still under warranty because the sensor cost R 23 000.00. A week later, the warning light came back on.. took the vehicle back, they replaced the sensor. After the next service the same problem occurred. Took the vehicle back, and they informed me that there is just a setting that they can overwrite this on the computer, but they cannot help me right away I must first book an appointment. I asked the lady if I can book an appointment, she said no she is busy I must phone tomorrow. I phoned 2 days afterwards and she couldn't remember what the problem was, I had to explain to her the whole story over again. She said that I must keep in mind that my warranty has expired so I have to pay for this, I asked her to please come back to me with a price for this. It has been now almost a year later, I am still waiting for her to get back to me. I phoned NTT VW Potchefstroom, and they guy told me to stop by anytime as they will overwrite my system, and it only takes about 5 minutes and it is free of charge. I stopped by the next day, and it literately took them 5 minutes to fix this. My father in law took his vehicle for a service at VW Klerksdorp, two days later he discovered that there was no anti-freeze in his Amarok. Neither of us will ever service our vehicles at VW Klerksdorp again. I will rather travel 50km to NTT VW Potchefstroom as their service is 5 star and they will go beyond their limits to assist you.
