Volkswagen incompetence

After my last review, Volkswagen obviously dont care about customer service at all, When called after my car was serviced at Pinetown VW a few months back i was just asked if they were friendly, not how the service went, my brakes have been a problem since then. contacting VW is like running into a blank wall. It is sad that a once great company becomes another fourth world product of incompetence, with no true customer service.
