Volkswagen Hatfield Bryanston

Worst service received from VW Bryanston. The manager simply wrote it off to a miscommunication and ended the call. Nevermind that on top of that issue, my car actually went in for a service but stood there from Thursday to Monday for repairs while they did not have the part, phoned that the car was ready and then realized service was not done, so we were inconvenienced with another day without a vehicle. Will definitely not be going back and i will be advising others of my experience. Very disappointed in a brand I have driven for 10 years. My next vehicle wont be a Volkswagen.
