Volkswagen Hatfield

Hello I recently brought a car 3months back From Volkswagen Hatfield dealership,I told them that I am having problem with the car,that I want a new one Instead of them helping me out in a good manner.The sales manager was rude to me....They actually telling me to fix the car myself which costs 16 thousands so instead of them giving me a new one they become rude to me.
