Volkswagen Golf VII Clutch Plate

I bought a Volkswagen South Africa vehicle, VW Golf VII TSI bluemotion on the 19th of September 2014 at McCarthy Premium in Midrand. The vehicle had 14000km on the clock as it was the demo car. I drove the vehicle for five months at 34000km that is when my clutch froze on the floor as I was driving and I struggled to engage the car to gear number five. <br> <br> After the assessment of the vehicle they established that the clutch plate was completely worn out and they claimed that the blame was a customer abuse related which is not covered by the vehicle factory warranty. I dispute this allegations on the part that I drove for more than three years on my previous Renault Megane vehicle without any defects and five years as the company fleet cars driver and this is my first experience of this nature. <br> <br> I'm not happy now because the blame has been shifted to the customer not investigating the matter on why the clutch pedal of the vehicle froze without any technical assessment from a competent person to determine what caused the defect to occur.<br> <br> I urgently need your quick assistant on this matter as it badly affecting my work performance.
