Volkswagen fan but will never buy a car from them again!!!

purchased a car from South Coast Volkswagen and due to lockdown and Covid I could not see the car. I received the car after lock down and found out the car was in a major accident and repaired. It was never stated and I eventually got the ombudsman involved to return the car. The car was returned but I never got a refund on all the money I paid on the car up until now. What a bunch of sharks!!!
