<p>VOLKSWAGEN EGYPT ARE ******* ... My Fiancee left his car at the VOLKSWAGEN service center Shubra El Kheima Branch to change his Mechatronic that wasn't working and after chasing them and threatening to escalate it to Germany they finally called us to change it, he left the car at the center and collected all his personal belongings in a bag and left it at the car trunk. He went to receive the car today and the bag wasn't there, the CD player wasn't working and the car lighter wasn't there as well. When he went to Manager BAHY SAID to complain he was very rude and said what can i do for you, you shouldn't have left your belongings and when we talked about the CD Player and the Lighter he said it is not my issue as well and go to the police if you want. This is extremely unprofessional and ********* and we are really going to police to complain against VOLKSWAGEN Egypt.</p>
