I am writing to formally complain about the cancellation of my service plan, despite your website clearly stating that it is active and set to expire in 2027. I recently attempted to schedule a service appointment, only to be informed that my plan had been canceled, leaving me without the coverage I was promised, i traveled long distance using my petrol which is expensive, only to find out it is canceled.

This discrepancy has caused me significant inconvenience, as I re**** on the active status displayed on your website. I made calls and spoke to sbongiseni and he also indicated that the plan shows it is active until 2027 but still I didn't not receive any help I needed, and the first lady I spoke too about maintenance plan assured me that it will still be covered on may but instead she choosed to cancel everything. I'm very very disappointed. I had to drive back because I didn't get help because the service is canceled even though it indicates to be valid till 2027, the lady told me I don't need to buy service plan because it's valid till 2027 I only need maintenance plan but she canceled the service plan.
