Volkswagen don't care about their clients

As a VW fleet owner, I drove my wife Golf GTI today. The vehicle has low mileage and a full service history with VW. (mostly at VW Lindsay Saker Krugersdorp). On my way to Krugersdorp today the vehicle cut out. I manage to reach VW Krugersdorp only to be told by the workshop manager that they cant assist me as they are to busy. I explained to him that I dont reside in Krugersdorp and his response was simply we cant assist we are to busy. I had to crawl back home. They on average charge me R20 000.00 per service of this vehicle and are not interested to assist in need. Thank you for opening my eyes I promise that not one of my fleet of 14 VW will be replaced by a VW. It is clear that any women or person driving a Volkswagen can be assured that their safety is of no concern for VW.
