Volkswagen does not care about you once you bought the car

bought a New car from VW thinking here's a reliable brand...six months later it brakes down and gearbox or something is burst, I still have warranty on it so everything is fine or so I thought. I tell a colleague at work that my car is at the deals and I should be getting it in a week's time, he looks at me and laughs very hard and says not with at VW if you not paying and its a warranty part issue rent a car because it's going to be at least a month. two months later guess what? I still receiving calls on the regular that my car part is yet to arrive. I have been car less for two months and its bleeding me dry since I have to pay for the car and pay for public transport. I knock off late so it really costs me a lot. even tried calling CIC vw customer care.... they are yet to get back to me. if you are thinking of your thinking of buying a VW car don't! . if it's not the high insurance premium you have to pay because the brand is popular with ********* it's their ****ty service. your better of at Toyota's or even kia
