Volkswagen do better

I bought a VW Polo tsi 2025 in Oct 2025 (with full warranty). Three months later the car did not start and was subsequently towed in to VW Kimberley where they told me diagnostic on the car would take 24-48 hours. In the meantime they can not offer me a courtesy car. After a big struggle to get in contact with VW Kimberley they told me that my car would only be fixed a week later.

I escalated the matter to VW South Africa who only after 4 days reached out to me, only to tell me they can’t do anything with regard to speeding up the process/getting a courtesy car in the meantime.

I am very disappointed in the blatant disregard and unprofessionalism I have encountered from both VW Kimberley and VW SA. They are impossible to reach via telephone and when you do get them on the line, the relevant people are not available or they drop the line.

VW South Africa and Kimberley has to do better. I was sold a faulty product yet I they are not willing to help me.
