I would just like to share my fraustration with VW SOUTH AFRICA. We purchased a brand new tiguan and from the first month it has had issues regarding the gear box. They have been stalling us for 3 months now and the vehicle has went in thrice. They have now taken it in for a week and still cannot give us feedback. Also we are without our vehicle for a week with no response. It shows poor customer service as we purchased brand new and they keep trying to fix it instead of giving us a new vehicle as they cannot seem to find the fault. For a 700k vehicle this is highly unacceptable
