volkswagen cant even get the basics right

I took my polo to volkswagen mokopane because something keeps draining the battery they replaced last year. when you take off the terminal and put it back the radio starts playing without the key in the ignition i let them know this 2 weeks prior to taking my car there. i had my car there at 9 in the morning. 4 in the afternoon they phoned me and said they could not find a fault on the car (apparently in volkswagens mind it is normal for the radio to play without the key in the ignition or without me turning it on manually)but the battery has to be charged for 8 hours before they can replace it. and the manager was shining in his absence i live 130km from the dealership.there was plenty of time to put it on charge. so i had to drive 130km back and the problem is still not sorted out. they serviced my car but did not give me the old parts. the car was not washed nor cleaned on the inside. the answer i got after i raised my dissatisfaction was that the car is still under warranty and i must phone roadside assistance to fetch the car if it happens again. yes that was the answer i got. so they want to pay a truck thousands to pick my car up but cant give me a new battery or have the expertise to figure out what the problem is. i was not the only one to complain that day.save your money and yourself from a lot of heartache and keep away
