VOLKSWAGEN BROKE OUR CAR AND WE MUST PAY!

I am so disappointed with the service I received at VW in Melrose. My car couldn't accelate & was vibrating when you start it(22.12.2022)I logged a call with the manufacturer & they asked which VW is closer to us, Melrose we said. Then asked us to take the car to Melrose, DROVE the car to the DEALERSHIP, we heard nothing from them since we dropped the car off(03.01.2023)& we decided to follow up with mechanic(Robbie) he then told us they diagnosed the car & we will need to replace the injectors, sent us a 25K quote for all 4 injectors, we asked him to send it to our warranty, only for him to make amendments & sent a 15K quote now it's only 2 injectors that needs to be replaced. That alone raised an eyebrow however we let it slide. The warranty only paid 5K & we were liable for 10K.Robbie said it should only take 2-3 working days max, we had to follow up with him AGAIN after 3 days, he then said the car was fixed, he replaced the injectors BUT now the car has an ECU problems, the car WON'T START & we will need to pay 33K for that.

1.How did you diagnose the car in the first place if the ECU wasn't working? (Robbie: the ECU diagnose everything wrong with the car except for the ECU itself) 2.Robbie:We then swoped your ECU with a similar car and your car started. (Who gave you permission to swop my ECU? What did you do with my ECU because it was working perfectly when I drove to VW? 3.how did you see that it's injectors and not an ECU? 4. My job is to order car parts, I know all these suppliers & they ALL told me that an ECU or a computer box don't just get broken & for a fact that it only got ruined inside the dealership whilst Robbie was working on the car, that alone made everyone question the service that VW is giving me. 5.Why is the car not starting ONLY AFTER ROBBIE WORKED ON THE CAR? I didn't tow the car to VW I drove it They then said they will try to fix the ECU instead of us paying for a brand new, came back this morning to say it CANNOT be fixed!! 6.Apparently "the similar car" had the same problems, it has injector problems... What if Robbie gave me the wrong ECU when he swoped it? What if the Ecu was ruined by him? There was a misfiring after him fixing the injectors? Now, the quote was dropped to 22K, they giving us a discount BUT my question is why should we pay for the ECU? Robbie gave us a quote with injectors only, in my mind, a client shouldget 1 QUOTE with everything that needs to be replaced.i cannot get 1 quote today and later on get another quote. As per the consultations that I made with mechanics, suppliers, Google, including VW in menlyn(you can ask for my recording) THE CAR WON'T START IF THE ECU IS BROKEN. now, how did I drive the car to VW? I asked for the details of the dealer principal and Robbie said he doesn't know his email nor his contact details. We will pay this 11K however we will also be cutting ties with VW.
