Volkswagen brand disappointment

On the 3rd September 2018 ,i went to purchase a vehicle in Margate south coast Volkswagen dealership,i had spoken to their sales person Siya Shazi the previous week and discussed my price range and types of vehicles I was interested in ,on arrival I saw a polo vivo tsi GT that was above my initial budget it was brand new where as we had talked about used cars before i made a decision to go for this car because it was brand new and would guarantee me reliability on it ,he promised me i would be driving home that same day with it as I had been pre approved and had all the necessary documents,i and a friend waited the whole day for the deal only to be told in the afternoon round about 16:00 that the processes had not been finalised ,since we were from Matatiele about 2-3 hours away from Margate we were advised to book a b&b at my expense which I did as we had little options at the time.the following day 04/09/2018 the deal was finalised in the afternoon and we drove home to Matatiele. On Wednesday whilst driving to Maclear I noticed a warning sign on the dashboard about the trye pressure I went to the garage had the airbalanced and pressed a reset button and all was well with the car until I spoke to the salesman who told me they can do my car registration process in Margate at no extra cost to me we planned it and I had to go collect my number plates on Friday the 14/09/2018 in the morning on my way to Margate, the same warning light showed on my screen again I went to the garage had the air balanced presed there reset button again and the light went off,upon arrival at the dealership I met Siya who informed me that the registration had not been yet finalised so I drove to town and waited he had promised to call as soon as it was done ,i waited the whole day no call came through,round about15:30 I called their landline and was told the sales man was not around the dealership and the person that answered the phone said he himself had no clue about my car's registration documents and number plates and told me that Siya was at some brand activation function outside the dealership ,i unfortunately had to drive back to Matatiele without the promised services at the dealership tried calling his personal cell phone to no evail worse i never had this opportunity to report this tyre pressure problem that day ,on Saturday 15/09/2018 round about 20:00 whilst driving to mount Fletcher where I work,i heard a strange sound and stoped i realised my front right tyre was flat,i wanted to change the wheel realised the spare wheel was the incorrect size and the Allen key was also a wrong size so I was stranded at night in a rural area with a brand new car ,i called Siya who promised to give me the vw road assistance number ,i waited till i took the car to a nearby house I did not know and asked for them to store it for me for the night I had to hitch hike at night to finish my initial journey .upon calling the number sunday the 16/09/2018 I was told by the person on standby that he was a technician and did not deal with tyre problems and I was too far for them he gave me some other number where I was told a toe truck was to be organised only Monday the 17/09/2018 . On Monday the tow truck came and collected the car to Margate, on Tuesday afternoon when I called to enquire I was told ,they had ordered the correct size of the spare wheel it was not their fault but a factory fault,they were not going to get me a new tyre because their warranty does not cover that even though I told them about the trye pressure problems I had ,they instead wanted to sell me another tyre ,when I refused to buy it, they told me they would put on the spare wheel they received from their factory.I never heard from them Wednesday, Thursday until I called on Friday 21/09/2018 as I was still stranded away from home and public transport they told me to go fetch the car in Margate, i told them I could not they told me their drivers were out of town the best they were to do was take the car halfway for me to Kokstad about 2 hours from where I was only on Saturday which they did ,since then I've been trying to lodge a complaint about valkswage as a whole
