Volkswagen bad service

Volkswagen lindsaysaker in midrand has bad service. I have been assisted by Louis and I am totally not happy with the service provided.. I left my car last week Friday from 7am until 5:30 and nothing was done to the car.. I had to walk to the dealership I was advised they have other customers to service and I am not the only customer I instructed them that I want a refund for not providing the service I have already paid for yet they going back and fourth..
