I took my car to VW Thompson at Louis Trichardt in Limpopo for a boot repair. then they did a service on my car without my consent forcing me to pay for the service i did not request. Hey also refused to give me my car then the following day went to fetch my car with a spare key and now they don't want to give me back my keys.
