<p>Ive bought a brand new car at vw silver oaks. I took the car in after a while for problems with my sunroof and suspension. Yesterday while servicing with volkswagen lichtenburg i drove with the workshop manager which confirmed weird noises to my suspension front left and a irritatating noise on my sunroof. My sunroof was making a rattling noise until mccarthy silver oaks worked on my roof it has ever since made the irritating noise. After speaking to the dealer principal at silver oaks he assured me that it would get better if its not so cold anymore. Here i am today with the same problem. After taking my car to vw silver oaks once for my roof and westvaal vw twice for my roof. No 1 can tell me exactly what is wrong. Is this acceptable? I think not. No one wants to buy a new car to take it in and out of dealerships within the first year. </p>
