I bought my VW Polo Vivo less than a year ago and twice already it has given me engine problems. So one can only imagine what kind of problems I might have with the car 3 years from now. The first time they said they had fixed it but the problem emerged again a couple of months later. I took it in again and they insist on fixing it instead of giving me a new car. They tell me about procedures that need to be followed but when they were selling me the car, they contacted me none-stop. Now I have to catch taxis to work because they keep the car for over a week each time they take it in. They do not care that the problem arising from the engine issues may actually be detrimental to my life.
