Vokswagen *****ing me over again!

I purchased my Polo TSi in 2014. Two months later a consultant from Volkswagen phoned me and offered me an extended Service Plan and Warrenty - which I accepted. Now that the factory warranty and service plan has expired no-one can trace the extended plan I accepted. This is pathetic!!!
