Very very poor service

I wrote a letter to VW SA about certain concernes I had on work that was done on my car, letter was send on 13 March 2015, till date I have not received any feedback. I also raised my concerns with Lindsay Saker and was informed tha the work that they were doing on my car was sufficient and nothing else needed to be done, that my car would be as new. When I finaly got my car back from the workshop I went straight to a VW dealer in Kimberley to trade my car in on a new model. This time the concernes that I raised came up and due to me being honest I can not get a good price for my car now and is thus unable to buy a new car. 2nd time that I am now losing mayorly due to VW and their bad service. I will never buy VW again.
