Very unhappy

I bought a brand new vehicle at VW Lenasia on the 26th of November and on the 6th of December the car broke. The dealership took delivery of the vehicle on the 7th of December. The vehicle has been with VW Lenasia for 3 weeks now. Now to fix my car they said they are investing. Why will my car repairs delay because of their inefficiency. I question them but they did not give me a clue as to when the car will be repaired.
