Very Poor Service Rendered at Soweto VW

Hi ! I'm Mr P.M. Madela,Soweto!I'm very disappointed with a horrible service I received from Soweto VW. I went to Soweto VW for the first time on the 28/12/2015 seeking for a brand new Polo GP TSI 1.2 Comfortline,flash red.The agreement was to get my car before I reopened at work on the 11/01/2016,n I hv the final quote that was emailed on this 11/01/2016 to me after Reg date on the 09/01/2016, Mr Mothibi even promised me that I should organise with my Insurance as I would come and pick up my car within the same week. A day before I went to collect the car I was called by his Manager,Michael Ikaneng stating that they want to give me a grey colour since it is cheaper than the one I want,flash red,however I denied. In the following day when I was about to leave my workplace to Soweto VW to collect,it was only then that Itumeleng told me they dont have this flash red,after I hv insured the car and arranged with MixTelematics to go and install tracker. I was so disappointed and as such I even advised them to at least consult other franchises to get it, todate I haven't receive this Polo.Plz help me to get it at other franchise,I'm so disappointed.
