Very poor service

I took my Car to VW Lannie motors Tzaneen for service and I reported fault light assist error and Left front window button and headlight control range error.They only changed oil, breaks and wipers but the mentioned above issues were not resolved and I was told that it will take time for them to fix the issues since it was my last service so the only solution is the extend the warranty yet they failed to fix errors while the plan was still active and when I booked for service I was not told that they would not cover for additionals services I mentioned.
