Very poor customer service

I would like to log a complaint about VW UMHLANGA CRESCENT in Durban KZN. Their level of service pathetic and they do not care about Customers at all and when you call their dealership, the receptionist (Jeanine) is so unfriendly and not even willing to listen to the query but too quick to transfer you the next person without even understanding my request as a Customer, also spoke to Privileged Mthunywa from service department and she told me she was too busy to attend to my query so clearly everybody is too busy to assist me and when I request for a service Manager I'm told that Manager is not available to attend to me as a Volkswagen Customer and I find myself in a very awkward position because all I wanted was a service History for my car and they can proceed with their day. Can somebody please intervine to this matter with urgency because this is not the first time this happens to me and without any doubt in mind I'm not the only person with this issue at this dealership.
