very dissapointed

Hallo <br> We took our car to vw springs,like we always do for a couple of years now,with one of the services around march we payed for them to replace a window motor,but we didn't't thought it would be so expensive,so we payed R700 - for them just to put it in coaze then we got a second hand motor much cheaper they end up changing them twice,but it was broken,now they don't want to pay us back the money after thy signed \ in credit wit us"!we don't have -3000 R to by a window motor from them as now they don't want to pay the money back"
