Very bad treatment

<p>I bought a brand new Polo TSI 1.2 on the 06/12/2016. On the 14.01.2016 I drove to Eastern Cape, I parked the car and next thing when I was starting the car it could not move. I had to call VW Assist to tow the car. I got a courtesy car until diagnostics was done to my car. I returned to Cape Town and kept on calling to know what was the problem with the car. Finally I was told it was the clutch and I have to pay and I am liable to pay for it. VW Stellenbosch is not willing to fix my clutch as the car is only one month old with me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The treatment I am getting from VW Stellenbosch is very disgusting to say the least. The car has 3 year warranty but now they are not willing to fix the car. I have been driving for 15 years now and never burnt any clutch to be told now that I cannot drive. VW South Africa is doing nothing to assist me. They are siding with their dealer instead.</p>
