Very bad service from NTT VW Paarl

Early December 2015, I took my 2014 VW Caddy Maxi (7 seater) for a normal 30 000km oil service. Came out that an EGR valve \recall part"was broken by them and a new part only available 28/12. Knowing the holidays were upon us"
