Very Bad Service

<p>I called VW On call this past Saturday night and they put me in touch with the technician on call and he was drunk. I am from upington and my friends that was with me at the time know that he was drunk, but he kept to his story that he was at his sick mother's house even though we know he was lying. He couldn't come to assist me with my problem and the next closest technician was 2 hours away from me and I couldn't wait that long. </p>
