Very Bad service

My VW Polo was towed to Rustenburg VW as it is showing an error on stop start sign when you drive it. VW South Africa gave me a bad service they towed the car to Rustenburg VW which has not ven looked at the car for the passed 3 days. At this stage i dont even know what is wrong with the car. They ways things are it seems like i will get the car in the 6 months time. What is the point of taking the car to a dealer that will not be able to llok at the car. Do they really understand that we buy cars because we want to use them. Now i dont have a car that i can use. All thanks to the bad service at VW South Africa road side assisatnce towing service. They keep saying they will get back to me but they dont get back to me. Can anyone advise me on what do to as i am very frastrated at the moment.
