VERY BAD BAD SERVICE & EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I've been having a problem with my 1.4 Polo GTI for the past 3 years,there is a knocking noise infront of the vehicle,vehicle was pulling heavily to the left and the gears are slipping.Volkswagen Heidelberg wasn't able to sort out the problem and in the meantime i moved to Alberton,VW SA then suggested that i contacted VW The Glen.My vehicle was in and out of the Dealership for the past 2 years, with no luck.Everytime I get the vehicle back it's worse than when they took the vehicle in.All they say is that i need to tell them what to do, because they don't know what seems to be the problem. No one every phones back,reply on emails or follow up after i've received the vehicle back.I even took the vehicle to AA and they refused to work on the AA report.There is a problem with the gearbox and they are ignoring the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've never received bad services from any company like this and the sad part is that this is my 6 Volkswagen that i've owned.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
