Vehicle with agent since 15 July 2015

I took my car in for a check up. Subsequently they found an issue with the gearbox. I have been without my vehicle since the 15th of July 2015. Every time I phone it's a different story. I even phoned the VWSA contact center and after their allotted lead time they can not provide feedback either.<br> <br> I do not know what to do now, they are in contravention of a couple of items according to the Consumer Act.
