Vehicle used by VW personnel while being repaired.

After numerous attemps to repair my vehicle under warranty the local VW dealership decided to send my vehicle back to Uitenhage as they were not able to rectify the problem on my vehicle.<br> This happened end 2014. In June this year I was notified by the RAM that my vehicle cannot be fixed and that VW will replace it. Suddenly in August I am notified that my car is fixed and ready for collection.<br> Nobody can tell me what was done to miraculously repair my vehicle.<br> <br> On collection of my vehicle it was noted that the front bumper and rear bumper was damaged, the driver side mirror broken and the vehicle was very dirty inside. On further investigation it was also noted that thousands of kilometers have been driven with my car during its stay at Uitenhage. I also found some shopping receipts in the car from Pick Pay Uitenhage indicating that the car was used as a \company car"by the VW personnel. <br> <br> I feel it is my right not to accept this vehicle from VW as it was used and abused without my knowledge by VW personnel.<br> <br> This is definitely not acceptable from a large motor manufacturer like VW."""
