Vehicle returned worst

I dropped off my car for an injector and a coil problem and the car was given to me with a blown turbo i am told that i need to pay. When i dropped my car off the turbo was working perfectly fine. The technician also went on to say that my vehicle drives very nice and that he test drove the car and everything works fine.
