Vehicle Repairs

I requested Volkswagen South Africa to assist Newcastle Volkswagen with a Diagnosis Secialist for my vehicle and the utterly refused.

I had an oil leak on the engine compartment, their diagnosis said its an intercooler which was changed. Later on my vehicle was losing power and the oil leak was still there. Second diagnosis pointed to the turbocharger and they changed the whole unit and I'm still stuck with the same problem.
