Vehicle not serviced

I booked my car in for service at VW Acardia for the 90 000km on the 4th of March 2016, I was informed that my car has already been serviced for 90 000km at VW Heidelberg by Renier Jansen van Rensburg, I stated that my car has NOT been in for service and the guy assisting me was adamant that it was serviced as per the VW system, I then contacted MOTORITE and they also confirmed that it has been serviced. I had to travel to Polokwane to attend a funeral, I then contacted VW Heidelburg and spoke to Judy Herbst and she told me that I should take my car back to Acardia the following day and she will authorize that the service my car, I took my car in the next day and left it at the dealership in Acardia, 3 hours later my service guy called me and said that they will not service my car because it still reflects as being serviced already, I then took my cellphone and called Judy again and she passed the buck on to Renier, Renier was very unhelpful and rude, he told me the he captured another clients details incorrectly and there for there is nothing he can do to help me, he further told me that he is also human and makes mistakes, he was not sympathetic nor was he remorseful.
