Vehicle attached

Acc: ********** 2342 16 Feb 2017, i have logged a call with Vw(Prelegal), regarding my unemployment status i have been dealing with: (Mthi, Thobeka,WesBank, Service,Moya, Lizzy) in prelagal department. I was promised for 50% payments arrangent of whichit never happed, i later on contacted vw early collection for rectify their mistakes however they have promised me that everything is fine until i have reversed everything reason been they have not honor our agreement . Now they have summons me with a letter of demand based of interest rates that accumulated from that time of which is their fault not mine they even on the state of prepossessing the vehicle when i phone vw legal department they always refere me to West bank and Bank they have no clue of what talking about. Vw doesnt want to ecplain West vaal is interested on taking my car no one seems to be interested in helping. Mind you know that have been paying my car everything except for that month that i haven't been working, i even opt to make some payments arrangement to cover that error they have refused and advised that i surrender the vehicle.
