Vehicle 3 months old with lots of defects and poor pathetic after sales service

Good Day I have purchased a 2017 Polo Tsi Highline and taken delivery in the 19/11/2017 ,my vehicle is only 3 months old and the following defects where mentioned to the dealer whom tried on several occasions to sort out the issues and failed 1. Squeaky Sunroof 2.Rattles from the door panels 3.bonnet and fender not aligned 4.Shocks are noisy over bumps I have taken the vehicle to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle and another dealer and no one can assist me ,I have logged complaints apon complaints and received no joy or satisfaction as They do not get back to me timeously My next step should this matter not get the urgent attention is to escalate the matter to the ombudmans for the defective brand new vehicle which I purchased I have been tremendously inconvenience and even had to take time off work to meet with the dealer who does not seem to care
