Vehicel sprayed twice & they forcing me to keep

On the 26th of June 2015, I bought a vehicle from VW Arcadia, a 2014 VW Golf 7 GTi DSG.The car had the following defects:Small scratch on the front bumper on the left,Scratches on the rear bumper,Scratches on the rims.I took the car on the same day with the view of bringing it back on monday for all these to be sorted.I brought the car back on the monday 06th July as agreed.As an ex-evaluator and sales executive I asked the sales executive to instruct the panel beaters to only do a blowing then flat and polish both bumpers then I would be very happy.He called to say that the panel beater wants to spray the whole bumper which I declined.The car came back with a terrible spray work.The manager saw this & promised to buy new bumpers and spray again.I'm not happy with the 2nd spray work done & requested him to reverse this deal.The manager said \No
