Utter incompetence

As i thought i am buying a brand new 2020 Polo TSI fro Barons pmb but now i believe they sold me a used vehicle...2 months into using that vehicle it started making a loud skwikky sound when im applying brakes i took it back and it was booked in for assessment and than i was informed they had cleaned something on the wheels and its good to go....suddenly one of the day lights (fog light) would stop working at times plus that sound came back again....loged a complaint with VW south africa and the had promised to sort this out for me but it has been 2 weeks and i have'nt had anything from them so im stuck with a car that i am paying R7000 for. does'nt have a maintanance plan and i was told it comes with the tracker only to find that i will be paying extra separately for it so i will be dumping this vehicle at the dealer because it seems like i was ****med and R7000 is a lot to be used like this by this dealer....
