Use this branch at your own risk

Pathetic service from both my service technician and the manager of this branch. They were supposed to put in a claim to my motor plan to replace my shocks, but took so long that my plan has now expired and I can no longer claim. This after COUNTLESS phone calls to the branch and nobody getting back to me. I'n pretty sure towards the end they knew they had stuffed up and instead of calling me and apologising they just started ignoring my attempts at contact. I escalated to VW head office and even that got nowhere. Use this branch at your own risk! They seem fine and service seems good, until something goes wrong.
