USB PORT NOT WORKING

<p>I took my car for battery change on the 30/09/2016 when i go there to collect my car. Windows, sunroof and USB port not functioning. I requested them to fix them and they said the technition was on sick leave and i have to wait for him to come back, went there and they fixed windows and sunroof and they said nothing is wrong with the USB Port. Called VW SA to complain and they said i must take the car back so that they can fix the port, i waited for the 45000 km service so that they can have enough time to fix that. It seems as if they are strugling to fix it, now im using public transport while i have a car i'm not happy at all. May you please assist.</p>
