Urgent intervention needed

I have had my 2023 Polo Life Dsg sitting at a VW service centre for 13 days. The car is still under warranty, has not been diagnosed but VW has not offered me a courtesy vehicle, to keep me mobile.

I would like VW to intervene to help remedy the situation.
