unwilling and pathetic customer service

My Audi's boot lock couldn't close and Volkswagen Oudtshoorn provides spares for this car. I went to them and asked them to take a look, they refused and had a very bad attitude and irellavant excuses to the situation. It was also very urgent as I needed to move the next day and did not have another option. I then went to Klein Karoo Toyota and even though they did not know me they helped me with enthusiasm and fixed the small problem within seconds and for free.
