Hi. <br> In December last year VW Centurion repaired my power steering pressure pipe for R1 852.33. Last week (2 months later) my car broke down having no power to start, no power to switch on lights, nothing! Road side assistance assisted me to test the battery which were 100% correct. A tow truck had to tow my car to the nearest VW, which was at your VW Menlyn branch. The technician found that my earth straps were not making proper contact. They quoted me R2046.30 to sort out the problem. I insisted that the technician explain to me how these earth straps get damaged and he said: \ Someone else has recently worked on my car and messed up the wiring". That someone else is you VW Centurion branch. I have contacted Centurion to list my concerns but they have not responded by any means. With collecting my car this morning at Menlyn"
