Untrusted and unreliable cars

I bought T-Roc 2022/2023 RLine from NTT East london Brand new for R800 000 in September 2022 but the car is giving me problems already and The guy who sold the car His name is ***ce and the Manager at Mel at NTT East london doesn’t give a damn I also lodged a case to VW(SA) with no luck the car is still giving me problems.Yesterday I had to take a taxi back home because the 6 months old T-Roc RLine 2.0 gave me problem for the 3rd time.Please help me People I don’t want this car any more
