UNSATISFIED VOLKSWAGEN CUSTOMER

I bought a volkswagen Vivo from Lindsey Saker, Bloemfontein, it had just over 34 000 km on and I took out an extended factory warranty. Three months later the car broke down, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere with a BURNING VEHICLE. The car was towed to a Volkswagen dealer in Kroonstad and up to today - THREE WEEKS LATER - I have no idea what is going on. According to Volkswagen SA they have to wait for a reply back from Germany where a part is being analysed. Lindsey Saker, Bloemfontein and the sales person is of NO help at all. After three weeks I am still without a car and stranded and Volkswagen SA and the dealer does not have any answer or solution for my situation. How is this at all POSSIBLE that I have to pay for something that I do not have OR that a warranty can take so long to make a decision. Nothing has been repaired to the car as yet, because they are still analysing the situation? Is this really what a warranty means? Is the client and the clients' situation of NO importance? Please I am sick of begging, sick of struggling, I need transport, I need feedback. How am I expected to handle this situation. Where is customer service, where is humanity, where is my right???
