Unsatisfied service

Herewith writting to express my exasperation with VW of church street in Pretoria. . I'm really not satisfied with their service. On the 29th June 2017 I took my car there with the registration no: FS 18 WV GP because it was vibrating whilst idling, cutting and lacking power. A service advisor by the name of Mr Eric assisted me and told me he changed a plug. On the 14th July I started experiencing the same thing again and I took it back to Vw on the 17th and Mr Eric wasn't on duty so Mr Mike took over as a service advisor. During the day Mr Mike called me to tell me that the car is fixed but he discovered that the car is overheating and I accepted the quote of fern control unit which was fitted but still they never got it right. My husband and I kept on calling to check the progress since I was stranded with transportation. During the process Mr Mike told me that the new engine control unit for the car is needed and i declined the quote and wanted my car because in the first place I took my car there because of the vibration not overheating and I was starting to doubt if they really know their job. I then asked Mr Mike to release my car before they could tell me that the engine and mirrors might need to be replaced too, that was on the 31st and i discovered that my car fog light grill is ******. Mr Mike noted it was and promised to replaced it. I drove the car home and then the following day i experienced the vibrating of the car again and I informed Mr Mike about it on the 02nd. I ignored it but then on the 8th August I called Mr Katlego, the manager who asked me to bring the car for a proper diagnostic and today, the10th Mr Mike called me telling me that the plugs need to be changed because they never changed them before they only swaped them. I'm so confused about their work, to me it seems their mechanics lack s**** and rely mostly on theory and as the results customers end up paying for something that they aren't sure of. It is a business I understand but generating money in that kind of fashion it's not acceptable. Now I have to pay R1060.20c for each plug something that could have been covered by the amount of R4915.70c that I paid on the 31st. This dealership is not giving me a satisfied service at all instead I'm being ****** and it's obvious that I ain't gonna get my car until I pay and it's clear that my car parts will be missing too cos they have their employee(s) who ***** for their own benefit.

Please assist me with this matter.
