Unsatisfied Customer

I visited VW braamfontien in 2017 July to buy polo vivo from MasterCar, the consultant never explained anything until I start to experience problems with car. The car did not have a service history and worse case scenario the management they are not proactive enough to attend my concern, they send me pillar to post even today the matter hasn't been resolved. My experience with braamfontien vw is very poor, everytime I want to book my car for service to other vw dealership I struggle because is not on the vw system and according to vw system it shows that the last time the car went for service it in 2015. My battle with this people will end they decide to take their car back, the staff there are *********** from management to sales people. I won't even refer anyone to that dealership not even a single day
