Unsatisfactory Service VW
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with both the quality of the vehicle I purchased and the service I have received from your dealership.
I bought an Polo Tsi 2021 model at Avis approximately one year ago, and from the beginning, I have experienced significant mechanical issues that should not be present in a car that is still under warranty and has only 56,000 km on it. To make matters worse, these issues have been recurring, and your team has failed to resolve them in a satisfactory manner.
The most recent issue occurred while I was driving on the highway when the car began losing power and failed to change gears. This, once again, is related to the clutch – an issue that was supposedly addressed and repaired after my last visit to your dealership when the clutch was deemed faulty from your end. Now, once again, I am being told that the issue may be related to my driving style, with no detailed explanation or assurance that a proper investigation will take place.
I have been driving for over 10 years without ever encountering clutch issues in any of my previous vehicles. To suggest that the problem is related to my driving style without a thorough assessment is not only frustrating but deeply concerning. Furthermore, your suggestion that I should pay a substantial amount (12,000) to strip the car down for an inspection, especially when the vehicle is under warranty, is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
At this point, I am requesting a full and detailed diagnostic assessment of my vehicle, including a clear breakdown of what has been done in the past and a transparent review of the current issues. I expect a thorough investigation and a comprehensive explanation of the steps you are taking to resolve the problem. I also want to make it clear that I am not willing to continue fixing the same issue indefinitely. Please find a resolve immediately I refuse to pay these costs.
